Hi Monica. You are a spring chicken!! People over 80 years old have done the Canyon Swing in Queenstown so you are certainly not too old! One of the great things about the Shotover Canyon Swing is that there are so many different ways to jump. Backwards, forwards, flips, somersaults, from a seat, in a garbage bin... the list is endless. And if you don't quite have the courage to jump off yourself then you can get one of the experienced crew to release you from a harness so no leap of faith required!
