Hello, I would like to know how difficult the heli hike tour is. I am 60 of reasonable fitness , I have had a knee replacement 18 months ago and i can comfortably do most daily activities . Your thoughts or info please.

Thanks for your question. You will need a reasonable level of fitness to participate in the heli hike. The main risk is that the ground is uneven gravel/mountainous terrain. There is no climbing as such but you do need to be steady on your feet as you are walking on ice
