The staff were friendly and helpful, both in person on the phone as well as via the chat option. Went out of their way to make our experience great!

Great customer service, original attraction was canceled due to staff isolating, Kat from Everything NZ did fantastic job and contacted us super quickly, then booked a different one for us.

A great couples activity to relax after a day tramping, jet boating, or bungy jumping elsewhere in Queenstown. It's even good to do on a rainy day.

The maximum number of people they can fit in the Indoor and Outdoor Onsen Hot Pools is 4 people. You can book more than one Pool if you are a larger group.
