I would definitely recommend this service. Pick up was on time and the driver was very nice and gave us valuable information on the way. We were lucky to see 2 sperm whales, albatros, sea lions and dusky dolphins, what an amazing day!

A week before i needed to book -- the whale watch company knew that they would not be running a bus that weekend. (last weekend) Not till after I had confirmed and paid for a booking did Everything Travel Group get in touch with whale watch and earn that they were not operating. Disrupted my whole weekend!!! Suggest you stop being the middle man and let the enquiries go to the people who have the knowledge. I would never recommend your service to anyone.

Hi Zhang,
So sorry we couldn't get you on the Whale Watch tour. As discussed on the phone with you at the time, the earthquake has caused a lot of disruption and hence all systems have been compromised as a result. It is our ultimate goal though to continue to link people up with the memorable experiences they are looking for. Whale Watch are still running a limited number of tours however the times don't always link up with the transport coming from Christchurch. When this happens, an alternate tour is offered and that is for the Wings over Whales as we offered to you. On your occasion we unfortunately hadn't yet learnt what dates the transport links with the whale watch tour and hence had to offer you the Wings over Whales option after you had booked. We have since put a note on this particular option that the Wings over Whale will be offered as an alternative option if the cruise cannot be met. We are so sorry we couldn't help you to see the magnificent whales in Kaikoura. We are always searching for ways to improve our service offering but when unexpected events like the Kaikoura Earthquake happen there can be a few ongoing teething issues. Your refund was processed immediately on discovering we weren't able to fulfill your wish and we were disappointed we couldn't do this for you.

Is the bus air conditioned ? And when do we find out if the tour has enough people to run or not for the day booked ? (have one very excited little girl who loves dolphins and we don't want to get her hopes up in advance).

Can I end the trip at Kaikoura? Will I need to pay the same price in that case?

Heya, The price will be the same but you can choose to stay in Kaikoura rather than heading back to Christchurch.
