There is no minimum age restriction for tandem skydiving in Taupo. Children under the age of 18 do have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have as signed letter from them. Children do need to fit a standard adult skydiving harness however, as there are no specific child harnesses. Each child will be assessed on a case by case basis with the skydive instructor prior to skydiving on the day to see if they are safe to skydive.
