What you can expect

The Hawkes Bay region is renowned worldwide for its wine production. Join this tour to discover why the wine making region is held in such high regard. As well as a variety of wine you can also test out a selection of beers or ciders.

Your tour guide for the day will pick you up from your Napier accommodation and whisk you away to three very different wineries across the region to sample a cross section of wines available. During the tour you will be able to explore a working winery and learn the processes from the Vine to the glass. As you travel on to your next destination you will enjoy scenic views of vineyards, farmlands, hand picking and harvesting during the harvest months.

You will then visit Mission Estate winery, the oldest winery in New Zealand. Here you will learn the fascinating history of the estate which dates back to 1836.

To cap off your day you will end the tour in the historic part of Napier with a final stop at an Ale House overlooking the Port where you will enjoy three refreshing glasses of beer or cider each of your choice from a comprehensive range.
