Terms & Conditions

1. Making a Purchase

When you purchase and/or use an Everything New Zealand product, by clicking "Place Your Order", you become legally bound by these terms and conditions and the Big Red Group Privacy Policy. Please do not proceed to purchase/use your Everything New Zealand product until you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Refunds

Everything New Zealand does not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations to the extent permitted by law.

3. Selection of Everything New Zealand Products

Booking Requests

Availability via booking requests can take between 2–4 hours to be confirmed or denied. Make sure to allow for this in your plans.

4. Prices

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Where applicable, all prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 15% in New Zealand.

Everything New Zealand may charge a transaction fee to recover the costs it incurs for various payment methods. If transaction fees apply, the transaction fees charged will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Providers of Experiences

Subject to applicable legislation:

  • Everything New Zealand is not a provider of experiences and Experience Providers provide these services to customers. Everything New Zealand has no responsibility for any services or experiences provided or not provided by the Experience Provider or any other party.
  • Everything New Zealand makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided to you by the Experience Provider.
  • All Everything New Zealand tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions of each Experience Provider and these Everything New Zealand terms and conditions.
  • Everything New Zealand does not control the business operations of any Experience Provider.

6. Everything New Zealand's Liability

Subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986), Everything New Zealand has:

  • No liability for any act, omission or default of any Experience Provider or third party.
  • No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any Experience Provider or third party.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased to the extent permitted by law.

7. Availability of Experiences

All experiences are offered by Experience Providers subject to availability. Bookings are recommended to be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Bookings are not finalised until you have received the email entitled "Confirmation of your booking".

8. Contact Details Given to Experience Providers

It is your responsibility to ensure you enter your email address and other contact details correctly when you complete the experience booking process. Failure to do so may result in loss or incorrect delivery of the email confirmation of your experience.

9. Booking Cancellations

Our experience providers have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow. Please refer to the cancellation terms section on the product description page for the policy specific to your chosen experience. If an Experience Provider needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be offered to reschedule to a convenient alternative date, or provided with a credit from the supplier.

10. The Weather

Many experiences are weather dependent. If bad weather affects a booking, you will be offered alternative times to reschedule at no cost to you, or provided with a credit from the supplier.

11. Insurance

Some of the experiences that we promote are considered adventurous. Prior to ordering or participating in any experience you should be aware of the risks involved. Experience providers warrant that they maintain appropriate public liability insurance for all risks associated with their business and service provisions.

12. Promotional Offers

Everything New Zealand offers promotional discounts and special offers from time to time. By redeeming any Promotional Codes or Promotional Offers, you agree to accept and comply with all of the following terms and conditions of use.

  1. Promotional codes carry a minimum spend value unless stated otherwise.
  2. Promotional Offers and Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. Promotional Codes must be used before the designated expiration date.
  4. Unless otherwise specified Promotional Codes may only be used once per person.
  5. Everything New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of Promotional Code use at any time.
  6. Everything New Zealand reserves the right to remove any Promotional Offer or Promotional Code without notice at any time.

13. Other Information

The text and illustrations (including photographs) used by Everything New Zealand are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Everything New Zealand.

14. Everything New Zealand Legal Entities

The Everything New Zealand website (www.everythingnewzealand.com) is owned and operated by Everything Travel Group (ENZ) Pty Ltd, part of the Big Red Group. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

15. Information Security

Notwithstanding the reasonable steps taken to keep information secure, breaches may occur. In the event of a security incident we have in place procedures to promptly investigate the incident and determine if there has been a data breach involving personal information, and if so, to assess if it is a breach that would require notification. If it is, we will notify affected parties in accordance with applicable Privacy Act requirements.

16. Customer Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use

We encourage you to leave feedback on your experience with Everything New Zealand and the experiences we offer. All submitted content is subject to these terms of use.

  • You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights of the content of your review.
  • For any content that you submit, you grant Everything New Zealand a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, publish and distribute such content.
  • You are at least 18 years old if completing a review for an experience that includes alcohol.
  • You have not been compensated or granted any consideration by any third party for your review, and you are providing your review in good faith.

Review Writing Guidelines

We want to publish your review, so please:

  • Focus on the product you have purchased or experienced
  • Provide details about why you liked or disliked an experience
  • Avoid anything that could be offensive
  • Omit any personally identifying information, such as names
  • Refrain from mentioning company names, competitors or the specific price you paid
