Bookings that are cancelled or amended within 48 hours of departure will be charged in full
Bookings that are cancelled or amended outside of 48 hours prior to departure can be done so at no charge
Clients wanting to make changes are required to contact the reservations team more than 48 hours prior to departure.
If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule to another day/time (pending availability). Pilots will make a weather check before each scheduled departure on the day of your flight.
