




This small group tour from Queenstown to Aoraki/Mt Cook is a full-day scenic tour through some of New Zealand’s most striking alpine landscapes. Led by a local guide, the journey includes stops at Kawarau Gorge, Lindis Pass, Omarama, Lake Pukaki and more before arriving in Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park.
Along the way, there are photo stops and short breaks, including time at High Country Salmon and the scenic lookout over Lake Pukaki. Once you arrive at Mt Cook Village, you’ll have approximately 3 hours of free time to explore. Choose to take on one of the local walking tracks like the Tasman Glacier View walk, visit the Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre, or simply enjoy the views. Optional heli-hikes are also available.
This small group tour includes complimentary snacks and water onboard a modern, comfortable minibus. While lunch is not included, there are opportunities to purchase food in Omarama or Mt Cook Village. The return journey to Queenstown includes additional stops, with seasonal visits to Jacksons Orchard during the summer.
