Your day will begin with the 4WD tour. Climb on board one of Nomad Safaris' custom built off road 4WD vehicles for your adventure into the stunning and historical New Zealand back country. Enjoy time exploring the abandoned gold mining region of the Arrow River and famous Lord of the Rings filming locations. Put the 4WD vehicle through its paces as you travel the rugged road with your guide. You will be treated to morning or afternoon tea and be able to test your skills at gold panning.
After the completion of your 4WD experience get set for your next thrilling adventure with Shotover Jet. Embrace yourselves for the trip of a life time as you sit, gripped to your seat while your jet boat driver navigates the dramatic narrow Shotover canyons at speed. Take time to appreciate the breathtaking scenery but don't forget to hold on tight as your driver throws the jet boat into an exhilarating 360 degree spin.

- The Shotover Jet is not suitable for pregnant women

Love! Love! Love! We were so lucky to have the 4wd tour all to ourselves (my partner and I) and Jill was fabulous and informative and very funny, we loved it! And the shotover jet was incredibly fun!
