What you can expect
Cardrona Alpine Resort is the ideal ski field for both intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. With spacious slopes, excellent natural snow and the Southern Hemisphere’s most extensive terrain parks, you can easily access Cardrona from both Queenstown and Wanaka. Cardrona ski field has some of the best on-mountain facilities with numerous restaurants and cafes, great chair lifts and high quality snow conditions.

Ski and snowboard at your own pace, explore exciting terrain and spend time soaking in the winter atmosphere at Cardrona ski field with the Advanced Package. Included in the Advanced Package is a full mountain ski pass, ski/snowboard & boot rental and optional return transfers from Queenstown or Wanaka. Great savings when you book multi day passes!

- What rental equipment is included in the Cardrona Advanced Package? The Cardrona Advanced Package includes standard ski or snowboard equipment hire. Additional items such as helmets and clothing can be added for an extra cost if required.
- How far is Cardrona ski field from Queenstown? Cardrona ski field is approximately a 1-hour drive from Queenstown, depending on traffic and road conditions. Transport options are available if you prefer not to self-drive.
- Can I book the Cardrona Advanced Package for multiple days? Yes, the Cardrona Advanced Package can be customised for multiple days, such as 2-day or longer ski packages. This can be arranged when booking.
- Do I need to pre-book lift passes for Cardrona ski field? Yes, it is highly recommended to pre-book lift passes, rentals, and transport for Cardrona ski field, especially during peak season, as availability can sell out in advance.

- Child rates apply 6-17 years for passes
- 2 or 3 day packages must be used on consecutive days. 4+ day rental can include a rest day.
- Free shuttle bus available from Cardrona Pine Trees mountain base car park if self-driving
- Rental equipment can be picked up the day before from Cardrona shops in Queenstown and Wanaka, or at the ski field on the day
- Rental package includes standard skis/boots/poles or snowboard/boots
- You must keep your rental gear for the entirety of the rental period, including rest days, or you may store it with the on-mountain Ski Concierge service. Gear can only be returned at the end of the rental period.

It was average compared to others around Australia we have done.
We sat at the bow of the boat which was great but the lighting was dreadful I couldn't see what I was eating, there was music playing inside but no music outside. The food was average and there were so many people lined up that by the time you went to get some food the trays were empty
