What you can expect
Wine tours just got a whole lot more fun with Altitude Tours, Twilight Wine and Craft Beer Tour. Experience this late afternoon epic small group tour, a great pre-dinner option! Even if you're not a fan of vino you and your friends will have a great time being chauffeured in comfort and style in brand new, state of the art, premium Mercedes vans and instead of tasting wines, you can opt for a number of craft beers brewed in the region.
Starting late in the afternoon you will have plenty of time to fit in an adrenaline-fueled day of skydiving, bungy jumping, jet boating and more before embarking on your tour of the Gibbston region for tastings of wine or craft beer at three cellar doors and delicious antipasto platters to share between your group.
After the tour, you'll be returned to Central Queenstown in high spirits to continue your night out in the vibrant centre where you can enjoy the buzzing atmosphere of the adventure capital.

- I’m travelling on my own, are the Twilight Wine & Craft Beer Tour with other solo travelers or is it more with groups/couples? This depend on the day, however, this Altitude Twilight Wine and Craft Beer tour does have a very nice mixture of solo travelers, couples and groups. The great thing is the Altitude tour guides are experts at creating a fun, and social environment throughout your tour so everyone is able to enjoy each others company!
- If you are sampling you must be over 18 years of age by New Zealand law and bring a valid form of ID. An international passport or NZ drivers license
- Please note when choosing the beer option at the tastings you will be offered a range of local beers & given self-guided sampling notes so you can learn more about these at each location
- Small fun groups (vans carry up to 14 passengers)
- Safe storage is provided in the vans for any wine purchases you make throughout the tour
- Bring your camera, additional spending money, sunglasses & a good sense of fun!
