Duration
  • Allow 1 hour (45 minute soak)
Departure Location
  • Regular timeslots between 9:30am & 9:45pm
  • Meet at Polynesian Spa on Hinemoa Street, Lakeside, Rotorua
  • Operates daily all year
Additional Information
  • Minimum 2 adults (16yrs+) required per booking
  • Children are permitted if accompanied by 2 adults
  • Children under 5yrs enter free (babies are required to wear swimming nappies)
  • Children under 8yrs must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • Swimwear is available to hire or purchase on site
  • Private pools are not extendable beyond 45 minutes
  • Polynesian Spa is cashless, card payment required for any purchases on the day
  • Mineral water can tarnish jewellery, we recommend removing jewellery before entering the pools
Cancellation Policy
  • For direct pool bookings (public or private), you can reschedule your booking up to three months ahead if you let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled time
  • We do not provide refunds, and changes requested with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • For Retreat Day Spa therapies, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change a booking for a full refund
  • Cancellations or changes with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
