HMH offers world-class heli-skiing experiences in New Zealand's stunning Southern Alps, conveniently accessible from Queenstown, Wanaka and the Mt Cook National Park area.
With access to over 3,000 square kilometres of terrain, HMH provides heli-skiers with unparalleled freedom to explore. Skiers can enjoy more than 400 runs across 200+ peaks spanning seven mountain ranges, featuring vertical drops between 1500 and 2500 feet. The diverse terrain includes treeless bowls and basins, steep chutes and expansive mountain slopes. HMH operates in iconic locations such as the Harris Mountains, the Buchanans Range and even on terrain surrounding New Zealand’s highest peak, Mount Cook.

HMH has exclusive access to vast terrain in Queenstown, Wanaka and Mt Cook, offering something for all skill levels. The Classic 7-day package is designed for advanced skiers and boarders, as well as fit intermediates seeking an action-packed itinerary. Groups are kept small - just four people per guide - to ensure personalised attention. Under the guidance of HMH’s experienced professionals, you’ll be in great hands as you enjoy the thrill of heli-skiing in the stunning New Zealand Alps.

- Mountain weather can be unpredictable. On the morning of your trip, the Head Guide will evaluate the snow & weather information & decide if conditions are suitable for heli-skiing to operate. HMH will then ring you to confirm if the trip will go ahead
