From the air, see the magnificent mountains, sparkling lakes and majestic waterfalls of the Taupo region of New Zealand. Scenic helicopter flights leave daily from the Heli Adventure Flights base, which is located just seven minutes north of Taupo on Huka Falls Rd. When you see Heli Adventure Flights Hub Café and the iconic Mil-8 helicopter, you know you are there.

A fleet of professional qualified pilots are there to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable flight. Every flight is highly informative and passengers are provided with headsets, enabling them to listen to the pilot's knowledgeable commentary (as well as ask questions) during the trip.

Taste of Taupo - 15 minutes
The most popular scenic flight option begins with a flight over Huka Falls before heading up the Waikato River over Taupo Boat Harbour and south to the impressive Maori Rock Carvings. Fly back over some of Lake Taupo's secluded bays and marvel at the geothermal activity as you pass over the Craters of the Moon thermal area before landing back at base.
