Description

Join us at the crack of dawn for an exciting hot air balloon ride over Hamilton. Take to the sky and enjoy a peaceful, serene and relaxing flight as you absorb views of Hamilton city, its surrounding lush farmland, bush clad mountains and the roaring Waikato River. On a clear day you can even see the mountains of Ruapehu, Pirongia, Te Aroha and Taranaki.

Your day will begin watching the mighty balloon inflate before jumping into the basket for your scenic flight. Each tour is different as you travel in the direction of the winds flow. After your flight the chase vehicle will meet you and drive you back to Hamilton where you will enjoy a complimentary tea, coffee and snacks.

• Flights routes may vary due to weather and at the pilot's discretion
• The balloon can hold up to a maximum of 10 people depending on the total weight of passengers
• Dress warmly as it can be very cold early in the morning
• Sunglasses are strongly recommended
• Children must be at least 7 years old (no infants) for safety reasons
• Flights are weather dependant, we recommend booking for one of your first days in Queenstown so that if your flight is cancelled due to poor weather you can reschedule to another day
