Frankly, I'm probably unlikely to recommend to a friend or family member just because the opportunity is unlikely to come up. The trip we took and the experience around it (bookings, email notifications, etc.) was all perfectly good and I have absolutely no dissatisfaction with any of it.

I thought that the trip was good value for the price. The bus was very good, the boat trip was great and all the staff we interacted with were courteous and competent. No misgivings at all.

Everything New Zealand provided an excellent service throughout and I found it very convieient to book all my holiday activites in New Zealand throuh one agency. A oulple of activities were cancelled due to a suplier error and the weather but Everything NewZealand immediately offered me a refund ordiscount on another activity.

There is a BIG + and a small -
The small - when I read the Ts & Cs and went back to my booking, it had lost some booking details so I had redo and missed that the booking date had changed to the next day.
BIG + the person processing my booking spotted this and got in touch with me immediately and corrected the booked date.

Fantastic service. The bus trip to Milford Sound was brilliant and our bus driver was really knowledgeable about the area. Didn't feel like a 5 hour journey (one way) at all. Milford Sound was as see inspiring as I've ever seen and the cruise couldn't have been better. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Andres who took us on the safari was the best, he was absolutely amazing and had such attention to detail, and of course great rapport with us. Adrian who took us on the Milford coach was pretty good too, he was funny. Onsen and Milford boat cruise were nice, but of course it was a less personal experience with them.

Wonderful experience all up. And if I hadn't done this exact trip before I'd probably give 5 stars. Everything was great, I just remember my trip here 2 years ago with Mary on the coach and she was absolutely brilliant, she made it really personal and warm and she had so many facts to give. Adrian was great too, I just have another experience to compare to, but Adrian was still great and very funny. The cruise was just like last time, it was gorgeous and brilliant and the staff were friendly. The Australian captain was a little cheeky though talking up Australia. All in all, fabulous trip, and I'm glad I did it again with my partner.

Took the bus from Queenstown and the bus driver was friendly and helpful and the tour of Milford Sound was breathtaking! The boat was nice, the lunch was great and the entire trip was unforgettable!

It was a rainy day, but the coach was very comfortable and had great visibility. Driver's commentary most informative. Boat trip well organized and allowed time to see everything, plus good info. Everyone very friendly. Most enjoyable!

The day trip to Milford Sounds was a great day was made more enjoyable by our bus 🚌 driver Bruce. Seeing dolphins swiming with the boat was amazing

This coach and cruise was fantastic. Our coach driver Adrian was very funny and very knowledgeable. The guide for the cruise was fantastic also. Very funny and knew all about Milford. We saw a whale, penguin and seals. Had a great time. Can highly recommend doing this!!!

Booking online was reasonably easy, any questions I had did take slightly longer than I thought especially as they were asked during working hours. Would recommend your travel group to friends and family.

Absolutely fabulous trip. The bus driver a treat, scenery and waterfalls a spectacle.
The cruise wonderful. Only one sandfly bite!!, Walked the Milford track in 1978 and was glad I've had the chance to come back to Milford to have another look.

We travelled on coach 16 on Monday 6th May. Our driver was Paul Brown. He was an awesome driver and his commentary was engaging, informative, friendly, funny at times and he made the trip for the 4 people in our party. My husband and I live here, but we travelled with friends from Australia The MacDonalds and we all felt at the end of the day he was the making of our trip and a real credit to your company. Well done to you for finding such a gem, for he is excellent. The coach was lovely too, a loo on board would be an asset, but not crucial. Please pass on to Paul our sincere appreciation.

The cruise was excellent, My husband and his sister Yvonne are direct decendants of Captain John Grono (he is their grandfather 5 generations back) and so it was on the bucket list to see his "discovery" first hand. The experience was wonderful and we would like to thank you for making it so. What a great way to see the Milford area. This tour was the highlight of our NZ trip. Our 7 year old loved it also, he didn't complain once on the long journey. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and had an incredible passion for the area. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

The coach is extremely well decked out to view the Milford track, the tilted seats and large windows made it feel like you are part of the wilderness.

Lunch is not included in the price, however there is restaurant quality food & beer on tap available to purchase on board the cruise.
We are 4 Aussie senior’s interested in doing the Milford Sound Coach and Cruise trip in October, would there be a pension or seniors discount for this trip. Regards Paul.
Hey Guys, the trip is quite long (a 4.5-hour trip from Queenstown), do the coaches have toilets aboard? Or do the buses make stops ?

Thanks for your question. There are toilet stops every 1.5 - 2 hours so you will get about 2 or 3 of them. There are other stops as well where you can jump out to stretch your legs or take a picture but they do not have toilets.
Is there an option to buy our own takeaway lunch and where?

You are welcome to bring packed lunches with you and there is a stop in Te Anau at the Taka He cafe where you can buy food too, as well as on the boat.
