Explore a huge variety of terrain at Treble Cone ski field, including heaps of powder pockets, natural half pipes and long uncrowded runs with panoramic views of Lake Wanaka. The vertical rise of 700 metres allows for the longest groomed trail at Treble Cone to measure 4 kilometres, perfect for getting some turns in before a break at the Base Lodge & Cafe. With the Treble Cone Advanced Package, enjoy an epic day of skiing or snowboarding with the added bonus of hassle free equipment rental and optional return transfers from Queenstown. What you need to know

Inclusions

  • Self drive from Queenstown or Wanaka
Departure Location
  • Mountain opens 8:30am - 4:00pm (lift pass valid from first lifts)
  • Self drive from Queenstown & Wanaka
  • Allow 1.5 hours to self drive from Queenstown to bottom of Treble Cone access road
  • Allow 25 minutes to self drive from Wanaka to bottom of Treble Cone access road
  • Free mountain shuttle available at 9:00am from car park at bottom of access road
  • Operates during winter (June - September)

  • Child rates apply 6-17 years for passes
  • 2 or 3 day packages must be used on consecutive days. 4+ day rental can include a rest day.
  • If self driving, we recommend catching the free shuttle bus available from Treble Cone mountain base car park
  • Free shuttle transfers are available from the bottom of Treble Cone access road between 8:00am and 10:30am daily. First come first served
  • Rental equipment can be picked up the day before from Cardrona/Treble Cone shops in Queenstown and Wanaka, or at the ski field on the day
  • Rental package includes standard skis/boots/poles or snowboard/boots
  • You must keep your rental gear for the entirety of the rental period, including rest days, or you may store it with the on-mountain Ski Concierge service. Gear can only be returned at the end of the rental period.
