What you can expect
Journey over Te Anau's spectacular alpine scenery on this 30-minute scenic helicopter flight, a fitting sampler for everything Fiordland has to offer. Departing from the lakeside base, the flight climbs out over Lake Te Anau and the famous Kepler Track before reaching the Kepler Mountains, where sweeping views of the Hidden Lakes and Fiordland's snow-capped peaks come into view.
The helicopter lands beside a picturesque mountain tarn, giving you time to take in the grandeur of the Main Divide and breathe in the crisp alpine air. On the return journey, enjoy one last flyover across Lake Manapouri and the Nor West Lakes before touching back down in Te Anau after a memorable taste of Fiordland from above.
