- Operates daily all year
- Child rates apply (3-13yrs)
- Infants 0-2yrs travel free of charge
- Very young infants will sit on an adults lap with a separate lap restraint provided by your pilot
- Aircrafts vary in capacity from 7 to 15 passengers
- We recommend that you fly on your first available date in Franz Josef to allow some flexibility for weather conditions
- If your flight is cancelled or postponed due to weather, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund
- An additional fuel surcharge of NZD 25 (net) per passenger will apply at check-in.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
