Good value. Lovely platter lunch at BATCH
I really enjoyed it, thanks again it was lovely spending special time with my daughter. Awesome views, had a walk to the cascade falls which was nice also got to look in the shops.

The Heke - Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of The Heke, home to Waiheke craft beer and an award-winning whisky distillery. Batch Winery - Batch is located on the highest point, offering sweeping views over Waiheke Island and the surrounding Hauraki Gulf. Wild Estate - Located in Waiheke Island’s Onetangi Valley, Wild Estate offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with activities for all ages.

- On-island transfers to your choice of restaurant, meet the tour guide & coach at Matiatia Ferry Terminal
- Hop-On Hop-Off Explorer Bus runs on a loop of Waiheke Island stopping at 16 stops
- No child rates, this tour is not recommended for children
- Each lunch option includes either a glass of wine or wine tasting
- Bookings are essential.
- No tours on Christmas Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and ANZAC Day.
- Tickets for Fullers360 Experiences and Tours may be exchanged or refunded up to 48 hours prior to time of travel.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of travel time.
- Customers must travel on the time and date that has been booked with tickets displaying the correct time and date of travel.
Recent reviews
So much contradictory information when following up with booking company as we never received the confirmation. Then when I had to exchange the booking voucher at the terminal the booking company had given me the wrong reference number so we spent 20 minutes at the terminal and almost missed our ferry even though we had arrived early. Then the dining venue didnt have our lunch booking, luckily I called them to make a reservation after the rigmarole at the ferry terminal. It was our second choice venue even though we had booked 2 months in advance. And the meal wasnt as advertised. We ended up with a platter not a 2 course meal for main and desert as hsd been advertised. The food was a let down, as was our table seating. Not worth the money paid at all or the amount of time spent emailing or phoning back and forth. This is the second booking ive had an issue with through this company and wont be using them again. Disappointed.
