- Punting: departs 10am - 4pm from Antigua Boat Sheds, 2 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch
- Gondola: departs 10am - 4pm from Gondola Base Station in Heathcote Valley
- Tram: departs 9:50am - 5pm from the Booking Office at Tram Stop 1 in Cathedral Junction
- Operates daily all year

- How do you book the Christchurch punt? Are bookings essential? Yes, the Christchurch punt requires advance bookings as its very popular.

- Transfers between activities are not included, you will need to make your own way to each attraction
- Child rates apply (5-15yrs)
- Infants 0-4yrs travel free of charge
- Gondola cabins have 4 seats. Maximum of 4 people per gondola
- Tram route is a 50 minute circuit with 18 stops throughout central Christchurch
- Trams will pause at every stop, so there is no need to alert the driver in advance that you would like to board or disembark
- Trams run every 10-15 minutes in summer and every 15-25 minutes in winter
- Christchurch Tram All Day Pass tickets are valid for 1 calendar day (cannot be used across multiple days)
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
