Customer service was good, I had booked later in the day and confirmation came through pretty quick.

Onsen pools was great! However after beautiful breathtaking views and relaxation you have to walk back up all those stairs.
Boat cruise was cold if you don’t get a seat inside, buttt I did get to sit in a heated seat outside and watch the guys shovelling coal into the boat engine?
Walter peak was the bomb!! Well the bbq buffet was sooooo good food was on point I was in a food comer during the farm show that follows after it.
Team welcomes you as the boat pulls up to shore, restaurant staff had big smiles great service.
Farmer guy was fun with his dogs, nice quick knowledgeable farm sesh. Had a great time.

Great services, worth it, good communication, we enjoyed every part of the activities. Would do it again, love the Spa, Earnslaw trips, and Walter Peak, great arrangement and the timing to every activities was good timing. Thank you for the pick up too.

Enjoyed the Spa, relaxing. Earnslaw great and enjoyable ride, love the BBQ at Walter Peak and the pudding. Beautiful gardens, love the Farm, also enjoyed eating real organic meats… generous serving. Well done.

Hiya Mazza, Thanks so much for your enquiry into the Onsen Hot Pools and Walter Peak BBQ Lunch Combo. Yes, this combo can be split up over multiple days just whatever works for you, the timings are hard to give as there are multiple activities so it would depend on a few variables like how many people you're booking for, the dates you're booking and how far in advance you're booking. When booking last minute you're subject to availability and we would have to work around available times, if booking in advance we usually have no issues in securing the times our customers want that works within their itinerary.
