Description
The Emerson’s Brewery Tour in Dunedin is an engaging and informative behind-the-scenes experience through one of New Zealand’s most beloved craft breweries. You’ll explore the sights, aromas, ingredients and brewing process that have defined Emerson’s beers since 1985 and discover how Emerson’s helped shape the craft beer scene in Aotearoa.
Learn how a love of English beer inspired founder Richard Emerson to brew his first 4.5 litres on a kitchen stove in 1985. Discover how this humble beginning grew into a leading New Zealand craft brewery, before entering the Emerson’s site to see the full brewing and packaging process up close.
No visit would be complete without tasting the product. At the end of your tour, enjoy a guided tasting session at the brewery bar where you’ll sample a variety of Emerson’s signature beers, fresh from the tap.
