Staff at the rental company were a little arrogant. My partner informed them her boots were tight and squishy, but the staff would not listen. Worked out ok in the end.

My Family (4 of us) were very pleased with the help provided by the staff on selecting our ski equipment..on returning our gear I accidentally dropped my Visa card in one of the boots.. The following day I received a call from the shop who found the card and made the effort to track me down. Helpful staff and trustworthy!

When we hire does it have to be consecutive days..? or can we have rest days and come pick up the gear on and off depending on when we want to go up the mountain.?
Comments
Hi Brianna no you don't have to hire on consecutive days but you are right you will just have to drop the gear back off to the rental shop and then collect it again the next day you are wanting to ski/snowboard.

The ski/board sets includes the board and boots. It's best to pop into the shop the day before to get measured, you can then take your gear away with you or collect it the next day.
