Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage (30 mins)
Treat your back, neck and shoulder to a 30 minute massage at Bodyhaven Nelson
Massage for Two (60 mins)
Relax and unwind with a loved one on this side-by-side couples massage experience. Choose one preferred massage style when booking
Bodyhaven Signature Massage (60 or 90 mins)
Bodyhaven's signature massage uses Swedish massage techniques with long flowing strokes to leave you feeling thoroughly chilled. Choose from a Bodyhaven Signature Massage, Sports / Deep tissue, Pregnancy or Hot Stone massage for 60 or 90 minutes
Day Spa Treatments
Deluxe Spa Manicure (60 mins)
Treat your hands and nails to exfoliation, a warm hand bath, mask, arm and hand massage on a 60 minute deluxe spa manicure at Bodyhaven. All finished off with the perfect polish!
Deluxe Spa Pedicure (60 mins)
Soak your feet in a luxurious copper foot bath before enjoying exfoliation, a foot mask, foot massage and a buff & paint with the nail polish of your choice
Thirst Quencher or Haven Facial (30 or 60 mins)
Lie back and relax for a heavenly facial, guaranteed to deeply cleanse and revitalise your skin. Ozone steam is used to detoxify and draw out the impurities in your skin which in turn regulates your skin's function. Cleansing, exfoliating & moisturising products will be chosen by your therapaist to suit your skin type
Spa Packages
Champagne Spa Package (75 mins)
Sip on a glass of bubbles or coconut water while relaxing with a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage of your preferred style. Also includes a foot soak and scrub, as well as a heavenly mini facial
Duration
- Allow 30 minutes to half a day depending on your chosen treatment

- Bookings are available between 10am & 6pm, 7 days a week
