Napier is a coastal town set in the wine producing region of Hawke's Bay on New Zealand's North Island. The town was rebuilt in 1931 after the earthquake and is now infamous for its Art Deco style landmarks which were typical of the time and have been beautifully preserved over the years. The architecture of Napier makes it truly different from anywhere else in New Zealand and in fact anywhere on Earth.

On an Art Deco guided tour of Napier you will see for yourself why the region has such world wide status for its Art Deco design. Your guide will provide you with informative and interesting commentary on the town and you will learn what Art Deco is all about and why.  You will also get the chance to go inside a number of buildings to take in the full design as well as a tour of the Art Deco suburbs and housing estates.

If you are interested in wine as well then join the Napier Scenic Tour which incorporates the Art Deco with a tour of a Chardonnay vineyard and a working winery and enjoy a large flight of wines, you really can't visit the region without participating in a wine tour!

And if you are short on time but would like to enjoy a scenic tour of Napier then the Whirlwind tour is a must. This is a short guided tour where you can enjoy Napiers Art Deco style, it's beautiful city gardens and head to a lookout for amazing views over the city. You will also visit Mission Estate Winery, the oldest winery in New Zealand for a brief tour.
