• Nevis Swing departs at 8:40am, 10:00am, 12:00pm & 2:40pm
• Nevis Swing - departs from inside the Station building located on the corner of Shotover & Camp Streets, central Queenstown
• Onsen Hot Pools - pick up is from outside The Station building on Camp street or self-drive to Arthur's Point (10 mins from town)
• Operates daily all year

• Please note, Onsen Hot Pools has limited availability, you will receive your confirmed time for Onsen Hot Pools in your booking confirmation
• Minimum age 10 years. Kids under 12 years are not permitted in the hot pools after 5pm
• Maximum combined weight if jumping tandem is 220kg (480lbs)
• Closed-toe footwear required (sorry, no sandals)
• Bring your camera 
• Parental/guardian consent required for those 16 years & under to do the Nevis Swing
• No child rates available
• Maximum of 4 adults in each hot pool - perfect for individuals, couples or families
• Complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink & snacks available at Onsen Hot Pools
• Pools after sunset include a lantern package
