With passionate, friendly and professional guides, Rotorua Canopy Tours will take you on a journey through the fascinating history of the forest. They will point out all the marvels of the unique flora & fauna that is native to New Zealand. As you move through the 1.2km adventure trail, you will learn about the efforts of conserving this 500 hectare forest and how part of your admission will go towards restore the forest to a pre human condition. Knowing that you have been part of a fantastic cause, you can feel good in breathing in that fresh and clean air. 

The Ultimate Tour

The Ultimate Tour is bigger, faster and longer than The Original Tour. The 3.5 hour experience consists of 1200m of ziplines, an 18m abseil, swingbridges, a 400m long zipline, a 50m high cliff walk and spiral staircases! This is the ultimate way to explore the treetops and the breathtaking lake views.

Relive the sounds, sights and smells of a time before men left their indelible imprint upon nature. This is New Zealand in all of its glory and you will never forget it!

• Maximum weight limit 120kg
• Minimum age is 10 years for the Ultimate Tour. Please advise if your child weighs less than 35kg
• Children are unable to go on the tour without a participating adult.
• Rotorua Canopy Tours operates in all weather conditions except high winds & electrical storms. The forest is at its most beautiful during rain
• Please dress with an additional layer of clothing & closed toe footwear
• You will be provided with wet weather gear (if required) & all safety equipment
• You are welcome to bring your camera but it must have a small strap that can be attached to your
