Tekapo Springs is a wonderful winter destination featuring soothing hot pools, superb views across Lake Tekapo and an international sized ice rink and snow park for winter fun. Mix it up with an action packed skating and tubing session before sitting back to relax in the comfort of the luxurious hot pools and admire the scenery.

The hot pools at Tekapo Springs invite you to enjoy complete relaxation in the warmth of pure water heated to 36.5 to 38.5 degrees Celsius. Each of the three pools has an incredible view across the glistening Lake Tekapo, snow capped mountains and forests, as well as endless blue skies, which of course at night leads to endless stars. Move between pools or choose where to spend your time based on features available such as water curtains and massage jets.
Make the most of your alpine experience on the outdoor ice rink where you can glide to your heart's content. The ice rink at Tekapo Springs is surrounded by fantastic scenery, so when you take a break you can warm up beside the open fire and admire the view. Skates and helmets are both included in your ice rink admission and you can access the ice rink at multiple times throughout the day.
The Snow Tube Park at Tekapo Springs offers the ultimate snow experience and fun for all the family. Grab yourself a tube, hold onto your friends and push off for a thrilling 150 metre slide. You won’t be able to wait to go again, so catch a ride on the magic carpet to get back to the top and enjoy as many runs as you can.
