The price I paid was advertised as significantly discounted but was actually the same price as if I had gone directly through the Antarctic Centre. It was good PR to get a phone call from your service asking if there was anything else I was interested in and a follow up email. However, next time I think I'd just go directly to the main provider.

The Antarctic Centre was good. It would be useful to be given information about the shuttle that travels from the city centre to the Antarctic Centre and Willowbank Park at the time of booking.

Quick and easy. I booked my tickets at the last minute and out of office hours. They confirmed my booking early morning next day within 5 mins after starting work. It’s amazing.

Prompt reply and efficient handling of my gift voucher. I also very much appreciated my voucher expiry date being extended because of various restrictions in 2020 and our ability to travel from Alexandra to a venue. This was a good way for my daughter in the USA to send us a gift which we could then choose to spend in such a variety of activities. The Antarctic Centre was brilliant!!

It was easy to book and straightforward. On arrival at the Antarctic Centre, there was some difficulty locating our booking.

This went way beyond our expectations. For three hours we were immersed in the Antarctic and learned a few things along the way The little penguins just stole my heart and we were very impressed with our driver from Nepal and the exciting ride in his vehicle.
